1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or not working properly.
The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included with the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Clearance, promotional, or specially discounted items (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Once approved, we may offer:

A replacement product.
A repair (where applicable).
A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team through our website or official contact channels.
Provide your order details and reason for the return.
Wait for return authorization from our support team.
Ship the product according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Musab Electronics will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

8. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Musab Electronics reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Musab Electronics shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased from our store, except as required by applicable law.
